Brentwood Mayor Bob Taylor proudly stands with Lt. Col. Frederick
W. Miller of the U. S. Air Force, his war bride Claire Miller and their
daughter Diana Beal of Brentwood. Miller, 91, navigated 35 missions,
20 of them were at night. On May 5, 2013, Miller and his wife Claire
celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary.
WWII Veteran Ralph Netzer with his wife Lee to his right and
Brentwood Mayor Bob Taylor on his left. Ralph is 90-years-old
and was a B-17 pilot.
Walter Ruehlig brings his copy of Delta Living Magazine to Montjuic, the
principal site of the Barcelona Olympics, and now the home of the magic
lights fountain, art museum and swimming soccer complex.
The Patriots Jet Team Foundation (PJTF) is a non-profit, all-volunteer education organiza-
tion dedicated to bringing the future of air and space to the youth of America. PJTF provides
youth with a hands-on understanding of science, engineering, mathematics and technology

given a brief safety course before taking to the friendly skies.

nual Special Kids Day on May 16, 2013 at the DeLuna Ranch in Brentwood. “I just
wanted you to know how exceptional they were. They smiled and served every
child who walked up. Some kids were extremely disabled and difficult to com-
municate with. Deer Valley should be very proud of these two students. I know I
was!” said Lion Lisa Taylor.
