Chinese Summer School Camp
with Six Skills School Staff
9:30am - 12:00pm • 5 days •
No camp July 4th
Six Skills Chinese School and the City of Millbrae are offer-
ing 11 weeks of morning bilingual program from June 11 to
August 24. Each week participants will spend their mornings
studying Chinese, reading, English, math, calligraphy, poetry,
art and other various subjects. This camp is designed for stu-
dents ages 5-12 years old who want to enjoy summer vaca-
tion and learn Mandarin as additional language, have fun with
Chinese tradition arts and crafts, reinforce math skills, and in-
crease their English vocabulary. Every week we focus on a dif-
ferent theme such as family, sports and various holidays with
reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Students can enjoy
their summer break while staying on top of their academics!

East Asia Chinese Academy
has teamed up with the Mill-
brae Recreation Center to offer
an all day summer camp pro-
gram. Our program will pro-
vide Chinese classes in math,
English, folk dance, and Kung
Fu in the morning, and a tradi-
tional American summer camp
in the afternoon. Afternoon ac-
tivities will include many field
trips, games, theme days, arts
and crafts, and swimming. In-
formation regarding the morn-

mation for 3 or 4 days per week
is available please call the Rec-
reation Center.
Magic Workshop Camp
with Jeanne Fields

Learning magic enables the student to become disciplined in
practice, build confidence through performing in front of an
audience, manipulation of the hands (through sleight of hand
magic) and responsibility to maintain their props. You will
learn tricks from actual props and everyday items, and most
of all, you will have FUN!

Skateboarding camps are a great place to get skateboarding lessons, chal-
lenge your self to become a better skateboarder and learn new tricks.
Skateboard camps are also great places to make new friends and build
self-confidence. Enjoy this awesome sport with a focus on skateboard-
ing safety, fundamentals, technique as well as balance and coordination
offered by Society experienced skateboarding instructors. Each session
will consist of skateboarding lessons, snack time, game time and play-
time. Helmets and safety pads are required (Get 10% discount with regis-
tration from Society Skateshop 650-596-8182) Parents must sign waiver
form with registration.
