Line dancing is for fun and for exercise! Get lively,
move with confidence, and stay fit while having fun
with or without a partner. Learn the various forms
of American Line Dancing (e.g. slide, country line,
flowing waltz, boogie, cha-cha, tango, rumba, fox-
trot, salsa shuffle, mambo, samba, shimmy, bachata,
bossanova, and more!) You will be surprised with
the music variety we dance to! This is a mid-level
progressive series from Level 1 (Beginners) to Level
2 (Intermediate).

Learn to shake it like Shakira! When life becomes a bit too pre-
dictable and the routine drains your excitement, it’s time to let the
magic of dance carry you beyond your current horizons. Discover
new ways to move, look, stay in shape, shake off stress and find
new friends. Dance is a language - Tell your story and celebrate
your true self through sensual, feminine movements. Even if you
learn just a few steps, dance will always be with you. No experi-
ence needed for beginning class. Please wear dance attire to class
(leotard or top with leggings or pants, soft slippers or barefoot,
and a long scarf to be worn around the hips).
Location: Millbrae Community Center
A fun, Latin inspired, dance fitness workout.
Class format combines fast and slow rhythms
that tone and sculpt the body while achieving
ultimate cardio health benefits. All fitness lev-
els welcome. Class will consist of 45 minuets
Zumba, 10 minutes Toning and 5 minutes cool
down.
